1. When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your item ships.

 2. How long does shipping take?

Standard U.S. shipping takes about 3–7 business days after processing. International orders may take 2–3 weeks depending on customs and location.

 3. What is your return policy?

At KNU Faith Apparel, all sales are final. Due to the custom and limited-edition nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

Please double-check your sizing and order details before completing your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@knufaithapparel.com, and we’ll make it right.

 4. How do I know what size to order?

Each product page includes a detailed size chart. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

 5. Are your designs original?

Yes! All our designs are created in-house with love, creativity, and meaning — inspired by faith, unity, and community.

 6. Do you offer custom or bulk orders (e.g. for churches, schools, events)?

 7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

 8. My package says delivered, but I haven’t received it.

Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered before they’re actually dropped off. Please wait 24 hours and check around your property or with neighbors. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us at info@knufaithapparel.com

 9. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We proudly ship worldwide. Shipping times and fees vary by country and will be calculated at checkout.
